Family is the cornerstone of civilization. What a shame that it is under threat from so many different directions these days. That's why, when the Carpetblog family is together, we plan activities in which everyone can participate. It helps strengthen the bonds of love and affection and makes every individual feel valued and loved.



You are lucky. Cats do not look on cleanliness as being a participatory activity. When in Athens our cat came back home, with dripping white legs, having landed (why we never found out) in wet concrete or something similar, the rinse under the tap was not accompanied by grateful thanks, but stab wounds to the washer. We have now both recovered.

I'm sorry, but I must call attention to the outrageous erroneousness of your photo caption. I mean, cleanliness is about as FAR from dogliness as one can get. Or maybe it's just my dogs?

Nice to see the Producer finally getting some face time with the Carpetdogs, though the pup doesn't look too thrilled.
